Svinkløv Camping’s terms of trading.

Sales and delivery conditions.

In the text below you will find useful information for the booking. You can read about how we treat your personal data, how you receive your confirmation in connection with a purchase and several other information. When SVINKLØV is used in the text it is used as a synonym for Svinkløv Camping.

Payment.

All prices specified in SVINKLØV’s booking system is as well as on the homepage stated in Danish kroner. The prices are inclusive taxes and fees, unless other information is given and clearly specified in the given situation.

Payment is by bank transfer.

Shipping and delivery.

You will by booking and payment receive a confirmation from SVINKLØV, in which the payment is specified. This confirmation will be forwarded to you by email or by letter.

Your product will be delivered on the day of arrival and completed on the day of departure. Both these days will be stated in the above confirmation.

Cancellation and refund.

It is possible to cancel your booking on the following conditions:

  • If you cancel within 14 days after booking, SVINKLØV will refund the entire amount paid. Otherwise the terms are as listed below.
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival the entire amount will be refunded with the exception of an administration fee on Dkk. 200,-.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, the entire amount paid is lost.

Recording of data.

SVINKLØV registers your name, your address, your email and other information given in connection with your booking. The data will not be disclosed to any other, but Svinkløv will keep the data for 5 years.

Cancellation insurance.

If you want cancellation insurance you must contact relevant insurance companies, SVINKLØV does not offer this product.

Handling of complaints.

If you for some reason do not receive the confirmation that confirms your booking, please contact us.

Do you have complaints concerning the booking or the product (your stay with SVINKLØV) it has to be within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the fault by going through the confirmation. Complaints can be made in writing or verbally. One year after receiving the product (the stay at SVINKLØV) the right to complain ends according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act §83, stk.1 unless other is agreed upon.

When SVINKLØV receives your complaint, the complaint is treated as quickly as possible. SVINKLØV will decide whether the received product shall be refunded, exchanged or whether to grant a price reduction.
